Measuring
Tips:-
|
For Women:-
Bust:
With arms relaxed at your sides, measure the fullest part of
your bust. Keep the tape parallel to the floor for the best
results.
Sleeve Length:
With your elbow bent 90 degrees, place your hand on your hip.
With the tape measure at the center back of your neck, measure
to your shoulder, then to your elbow, and down to your wrist.
This total length is your sleeve length in inches.
Waist:
Measure around the narrowest part of your waist, generally
around the belly button area.
Hips:
Standing with your heels together, measure around the fullest
part of your hips. Keep the tape parallel to the floor for the
best results.
Inseam:
Using a pair of your best-fitting pants with a similar material,
measure from the crotch to the bottom of the hem. The number of
inches, to the nearest half-inch, is your inseam length.
Height:
Without shoes, stand with your feet slightly apart and your back
to a wall. The measurement from the floor to the top of your
head is your height.

For Men
It is best to take your measurements over undergarments.
Neck: Measure around the thickest part of your neck, or base of
neck.
Chest: With arms relaxed at sides, measure directly under your
arms around the fullest part of your chest and shoulder blades,
keeping tape parallel to floor. Jacket sizes correspond to your
chest size (i.e., if you have a 38" chest, you would wear a size
38 Jacket).
Sleeve Length: With arm bent at 90 degrees, place hand on hip.
Measure from the center back, across shoulder to elbow to just
below the wrist bone.
Waist: Measure around your natural waist at the height you
normally wear your pants.
Hip:
Standing with your heels together, measure around the fullest
part of your hips. Keep the tape parallel to the floor for the
best results.
Inseam:
Measure a similar pant that fits you well. Measure from the
crotch center point to the bottom of the hem. The number of
inches is your inseam length.
Height:
Without shoes, stand with your feet slightly apart and your back
to a wall. The measurement from the floor to the top of your
head is your height.
